Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 17, 2026
This policy explains how Sonvera Transport handles information submitted through this website and information collected through website analytics. Our freight services and recruiting are directed to the United States.
Information You Submit
Freight quote requests may include your name, company, email address, phone number, pickup and delivery locations, requested pickup date, equipment needs, commodity, weight, and other shipment details. Contact forms collect the contact details and message you choose to provide.
Owner-operator and driver applications collect contact information, driving qualifications and experience, operating preferences, and applicable business and equipment details. Documents submitted through the driver portal may include a resume or driving history, driver's license front and back, a DOT medical examiner's certificate if applicable, vehicle registration, insurance certificates, equipment or trailer photos and specifications, and business registration documents. The information collected depends on the form and documents you submit.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, prepare freight quotes, discuss shipment needs, evaluate owner-operator and driver applications, review qualifications and applicable safety, insurance, and equipment documentation, and communicate about submissions or missing documents. Form submissions and uploaded documents are stored so authorized staff can review and follow up on them.
Access, Protection, and Sharing
Submitted documents are stored privately rather than made publicly available. Staff access to the driver document portal requires sign-in and recruiting authorization. Applicants use their application reference, email address, and access code to return to their submission. Keep your access code confidential. These access controls do not guarantee that information is completely secure; no website or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with authorized service providers as needed to host and operate the website, store submissions and documents, or support the services and application reviews described above. We may also disclose information when required by law. Submitted documents are intended for application review, not public distribution.
Website hosting, database storage, and staff sign-in are provided through Lovable Cloud. Google provides website analytics and hosted fonts. Loading these third-party services involves requests from your browser to their services. This policy does not describe services you may use after leaving our website.
We use J. J. Keller for FMCSA compliance support. Relevant driver qualification, equipment, and other compliance information may be shared with this provider as needed for that support.
We use TenStreet for driver recruiting and applicant management. Application information you submit, such as contact details, experience, equipment, and document information, may be shared with TenStreet as part of reviewing and processing driver applications.
Retention and Recordkeeping
We keep submitted inquiries, applications, and uploaded documents until the business owner deletes them; the website has no automatic deletion schedule. Where applicable, driver qualification or other carrier records may need to be retained to meet legally required recordkeeping obligations. Requirements depend on the record and the vehicle or operation; uploading a document does not establish that a complete regulatory record has been created. Contact us about retention or a deletion request for your submission.
Cookies and Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects technical information such as device type and approximate location. We also measure completed quote requests, applications, and contact form submissions. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
The website also uses browser storage to support staff sign-in. Google Analytics is configured on our live domain, not the editing preview. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking cookies or browser storage may affect staff sign-in. The Google opt-out add-on applies to Analytics and does not delete information you have submitted through our forms or document portal.
Privacy Questions
For questions about this policy or information you have submitted, email info@sonveratransport.com or use our Contact page. You may ask about information you submitted or request access, a correction, or deletion. Describe your request and provide enough information for us to locate the submission, such as the email address used and your application reference, if applicable. Do not send your access code or sensitive documents in an initial privacy inquiry. We may need to verify your identity before providing or changing personal information. Deletion may be limited where applicable law requires recordkeeping; submitting a request does not automatically delete records.
