We operate in accordance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and maintain the records and processes compliance requires.
Driver Qualification
Every owner-operator is vetted through a driver qualification process, including CDL verification, MVR review, and drug and alcohol program requirements.
Hours-of-Service
We plan loads around legal hours of service. We never ask a driver to run beyond safe and legal limits.
Vehicle Inspections
Pre-trip and post-trip inspections are an expectation on every run, with defects reported and corrected.
ELD Compliance
All equipment operating under our authority uses compliant electronic logging devices.
Preventive Maintenance
Well-maintained equipment is safe equipment. We require documented preventive maintenance and annual inspections.
Cargo Securement
Proper securement on every load — especially on open-deck freight — in line with FMCSA cargo securement rules.
